Meet Your Host – Jeevi, The Laughing Chef

Internationally trained and locally loved, Jeevi is a third-generation vegetarian from Nepal with over 25 years of experience in vegan and gluten-free cuisine. He’s also a certified laughter yoga teacher known for his infectious energy and heartwarming workshops.

You may have seen him featured on Channel 9Channel 7Destination Happiness, and Living Light Culinary Institute.

At this intimate retreat, you’ll join Jeevi in hands-on sessions where he shares 40+ plant-based recipes, including treasured family secrets. From the kitchen to the yoga mat, his joyful approach will inspire and uplift.

Meet Angela — Naturopathic Practitioner & Registered Nurse

We are honoured to have Angela as one of our key facilitators for this retreat.

Angela brings over 30+ years of experience in health and wellness as a Naturopathic Practitioner and Registered Nurse.

Her journey into natural healing began when she successfully healed herself from a chronic autoimmune condition — a powerful transformation that ignited her passion for helping others reclaim their vitality.

With expertise in nutritional medicine, herbal therapy, homeopathy, and lifestyle coaching, Angela blends the best of both worlds — traditional medical knowledge and natural holistic therapies. She works from the root cause, mentoring her clients back to balance, energy, and true well-being.

Having also worked in corporate leadership roles, Angela understands the real impact of stress and burnout. She now supports professionals and high-performing individuals with:

  • Stress and anxiety management

  • Mental clarity & adrenal support

  • Restoring balance and preventing burnout

She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Aged Care and brings compassion and expertise to supporting older clients in maintaining mobility, cognition, and health later in life.

During the retreat, Angela will be holding space for a special wellness session, where she will:

Meet Kelly — Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide & Vision Board Facilitator

Kelly is a Sydney-based yoga teacher with over a decade of dedicated practice, guiding students into a deeper connection with their bodies, breath and inner wisdom.

Her classes beautifully blend mindful movement, breath work and soulful intention-setting, creating a space for you to slow down, reset and realign.

Deeply passionate about the power of vision boards and manifestation, Kelly weaves creativity and clarity into her offerings. She helps students define their dreams and anchor them through embodied practices that awaken focus, confidence and purpose.

Kelly’s mission is to create nurturing spaces where people feel grounded, inspired and empowered to step into the most aligned and authentic version of themselves.
